Affirmations are anything we say or think regularly. If these words and thoughts are negative then our lives may not bring us the experiences we desire. But we can retrain our thinking and change our lives as a result.
In this transformational workshop we will discover the mindset that has limited our success in business, finance, relationships, and much more. By examining our thoughts and beliefs and creating positive affirmations we begin to transform our lives. We will also learn other techniques such as visualisations to increase the power of affirmations further.
